Meet Lunaa
Lunaa found her purpose in movement from the way we heal our bodies through performance, play to lifestyle. Her coaching journey began in 2016 with CrossFit to Olympic Lifting then functional movement and focusing on what we have with us at all times; ourselves. Lunaa’s own practice went from a physical space to a healing one. It eventually guided her into becoming a breath facilitator and contrast therapy coach to help others regulate and anchor into the best parts of themselves. “The human experience is one to be lived in the most peace way, while it might not be 100% of the time, we have to start somewhere even just that 1% can change your life like it did mine”
Meet Cody
Cody is a personal trainer, breathwork facilitator, and contrast therapy coach. He’s committed to helping people of all backgrounds create a life worth living. For Cody, mindfulness, cold, and heat are tools that help us navigate stressful situations while encouraging us to be present. According to Cody, the way we react to life’s stressors doesn’t have to be automatic or dramatic. We always have a choice in how we react and respond. Handling stress is a skill and—like all skills– must be cultivated through practice.
Meet Kristyn
Kristyn is a breathwork facilitator (XPT), cold exposure guide (SHERPA-certified) with a background in holistic health who helps people slow down, breathe deeper, and actually enjoy being in their bodies again. (Yes, it’s possible—and no, it doesn’t have to feel like a chore.)
She’s currently diving deep into somatics for the female nervous system, because here’s the truth: real, lasting change doesn’t start in your mind—it starts in your body.
Kristyn believes that when we learn to regulate our nervous systems, everything shifts. We stop firing off constant "danger" signals and suddenly, our immune systems get stronger, our hormones rebalance, our digestion improves, and our energy comes back online. We stop feeling like we’re just getting through the day...and start feeling truly alive again.
Breathwork and cold exposure completely changed Kristyn’s life, teaching her how to meet stress with presence instead of panic. Every time she steps into icy water, it’s a reminder: you don’t have to run from discomfort—you can simply breathe through it. And that’s exactly what she’s here to share.
Life is busy and messy (she gets it) but Kristyn is all in on building a life that's heart-led, purpose-driven, and rooted in presence. She’s here to support, collaborate, and grow with people who are ready to feel better, live fuller, and reconnect with themselves in a whole new way.
Because when we feel safe in our bodies, we show up differently—for ourselves and for everyone around us.
