I originally tried Fire and Ice as a way to promote physical recovery from endurance training. However, after the first session I realized that focusing on breath work and being in the ice significantly boosted my mental game. I notice that I feel extremely strong and resilient while also feeling deeply at peace after these sessions. This experience of practicing deep calm in a high stress stimulus has helped me improve as an athlete, and helps me feel better in my day to day life.
