XPT Swim Sessions at Breath & Exposure STL offer a unique, performance-driven underwater workout designed to challenge both the body and mind in a completely different training environment. Unlike traditional fitness routines, these aquatic sessions use breath control, movement, and resistance in the water to help improve endurance, lung capacity, focus, and overall resilience. The underwater setting creates a refreshing yet demanding experience that can help break through physical and mental plateaus while supporting sustainable progress over time.

At $25 for a 1-hour session, XPT Swim Sessions are suitable for both experienced athletes and beginners who are curious about aquatic training. Whether you’re looking to enhance your breath control, improve conditioning, or explore a new form of functional training, these sessions provide a guided, immersive experience that engages your full attention and encourages a deeper connection between breath, movement, and performance.

What to bring:

  • 2 towels

  • Water Bottle

  • Yoga mat to lay on (Optional)

  • Eye Mask (Optional)

  • Blanket (Optional)

  • Clothing to plunge in

  • Change of dry clothes
