Full Moon Session

Full moon shining through dark, cloudy night sky. Wellness Membership St. Louis | Breath & Exposure STL

The Full Moon Session at Breath & Exposure STL is a unique, community-centered experience designed to align your mind, body, and intentions with the natural rhythm of the full moon. Priced at $40, this special session includes all the elements of a Fire + Ice class—beginning with guided breathwork, followed by alternating rounds of cold exposure and sauna therapy—while also incorporating deeper reflective practices. Participants are invited to slow down with guided meditation and intentional journaling, creating space to explore what they are ready to release and what they want to cultivate in their lives.

During this St. Louis full moon breathwork and wellness experience, you’ll set personal intentions, connect with others in a like-minded community, and symbolically release those intentions into the heat of the sauna fire. It’s an opportunity to step away from daily stress, gain clarity, and engage in a powerful combination of breathwork, cold plunge, sauna, meditation, and self-reflection. Ideal for those seeking both personal growth and meaningful connection, the Full Moon Session offers a grounding, transformative environment to reset and realign.

“It’s hard to summarize a quick review for something that has been so impactful. Just based on the idea, I was reluctant to try the ice and sauna, but it’s been an absolute shift in many ways.

I’m middle aged now, work in health care for long days as well as like to remain active physically. I was developing pretty poor mobility and joint pain issues. I took the breath work, ice and sauna session and days after felt incremental improvement. I gave it a few weeks and took the class again, showing a bit more improvement. Over the last year I’ve taken many of the sessions and implemented ice and now a sauna setup at home for my own practice. The change has been completely invaluable to say the least. The pain, inflammation and mobility issues have mostly resolved. It took a year of disciplined work, but the payoff has been exponential.
