The Breath & Leave experience at Breath & Exposure STL is a completely free introduction to breathwork - something you won’t find at traditional gyms or fitness studios in St. Louis. Instead of committing to a full class, you’re invited to drop into the first 30 minutes of any scheduled session to experience guided breathwork in a real, supportive environment. Just arrive about 10 minutes early, check in with the instructor, and get settled in.

This free breathwork session is designed to help you reduce stress, calm your nervous system, and improve focus through simple, effective breathing techniques. As the class transitions into cold exposure and sauna, your portion wraps up, making it the perfect no-pressure way to explore the benefits of breathwork before committing to a full experience.
