The Breath & Leave class at Breath & Exposure STL is a completely free, guided breathwork session in St. Louis designed to help you quickly reduce stress, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

This 30-minute experience is perfect for beginners and seasoned participants alike, offering a simple, accessible way to explore the benefits of breathwork for anxiety relief, mental clarity, and overall well-being. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get settled and comfortable, with the full session lasting approximately 35–45 minutes.
